When I’m at a theme park, I don’t spend my days waiting in lines or fighting crowds. I may see a few shows, watch the parade, or grab a snack. But, mostly, I enjoy just walking around and people watching. Even when I’m having a bad day, seeing the people around me so happy makes me a bit brighter.
Getting out of the house and being outside has some great benefits for me. It helps me to not feel as cooped up, gives me fresh air, and exposes me to natural sunlight which produces Vitamin D (studies show that lack of Vitamin D can increase depression in some).
